Flash Flood Warning for Central San Diego County until 6:30PM

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Central San Diego County. At 423 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0. 25 to 0. 5 inches are likely in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Some locations that will experience flooding include:Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, Lake Cuyamaca, Hwy 79 Between Julian And Lake Cuyamaca, Descanso, Hwy S1 Between Lake Cuyamaca And Mount Laguna, Boulder Creek and Captain Grande Indian Reservation.
