Life threatening flash flooding and thunderstorms are expected with heavy rain, B7 Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. B7 It is important to know where you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become killers in heavy rains, particularly in hilly areas. B7 There may be large hail and damaging winds, with gusts up to 60 mph B7 Possible damage to roofs, siding, and treesSome locations that may experience flash flooding include: Borrego Springs, Banner, S2, Hwy 78, Ocotillo Wells, Mount Laguna, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, Shelter Valley, Agua Caliente, Ranchita, Agua Caliente, Canebrake, Lake Cuyamaca, Fish Creek Wash, Ranchita and Shelter.
