Winter Storm Warning Issued from 02/13/23, at 10 p.m. to Tuesday 02/14/22, at 4 p.m. PST.

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning for the San Diego County mountains, including Pine Valley and Julian, in effect this evening until tomorrow afternoon. * Severe weather conditions are expected, including heavy snow. 20 * Damage to trees and power lines is possible. * If you must travel, plan on difficult travel conditions. 20 * Keep an extra flashlight, blanket, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. The National Weather Service has also issued a High Wind Warning for the San Diego County mountains and deserts from 2/13/2023, at 10 p. m. to Tuesday 2/14/2023, at 10 p. m. PST. * West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 80 mph expected. * Damaging winds will blow down trees. 20 * Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * Use caution if you must drive.
