Rain is expected to be significant with the possibility of catastrophic flooding. Winds are expected to be significant and sustained, which could cause trees to fall. The mountains and deserts are expected to take the brunt of the storm. Residents are encouraged to fortify their home and stay indoors during heavy winds, rain, and thunderstorms.
