The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Northern San Diego County until 4:45 PM PST. Some locations that will likely experience flooding include Hwy 79 between Warner Springs and Oak Grove, Palomar Mountain, and Cahuilla Indian Reservation.
