The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Southeastern San Diego County that could include 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail until 2:30 PM PDT. Locations impacted include Alpine, Mount Laguna, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, I-8 between Pine Valley and Boulevard, Lake Cuyamaca, Pine Valley, Hwy S1 between Lake Cuyamaca and Mount Laguna, Lake Morena, Descanso and Hwy 79 between Julian and Lake Cuyamaca.
