Per CAL FIRE: Effective immediately, Evacuation Orders remain in effect for: All of Terrace View Ln, area West of Cool Valley Highlands, and area North of Puma Trail. The American Red Cross is opening an Emergency Shelter for any residents affected by the Miller Fire. The shelter is located at the Valley Center Middle School, 28102 N.
