The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has issued Evacuation Orders and Warnings for a vegetation fire near the area of De Luz Rd and Sandia Creek Dr.   Emergency responders are addressing the situation.  An evacuation order means that persons in the affected area need to evacuate to a safe location to insure their safety.
