Residents Return Home After Caesar Fire Near Ramona

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department lifted all evacuation orders related to the Caesar Fire near Ramona. Residents in the evacuated area can return to their homes by presenting your ID. SR-78 is still closed to through traffic between Magnolia Avenue and Old Julian Highway. Watch for emergency vehicles and personnel on and along SR-78. The temporary evacuation point has closed.
