San Diego County Fire is at the scene of a vegetation fire near McCain Valley Rd in Boulevard. The fire is currently at 1,000 acres and is 5% contained.   All Evacuation Orders have been lifted and reduced to a Warning. Hard closures of roads are now soft closures for residents only.
