CAL FIRE/San Diego County Fire and San Diego County Sheriff's Department are responding to the Anita Fire near Millar Ranch in Spring Valley. A Shelter-In Place has been issued. Everyone in the impacted area needs to lock down and shelter-in-place. Go indoors immediately. Close and lock all doors and windows. Stay inside and remain in a place until further instruction.

Shelter-in-place means finding a safe location indoors and staying there until you are given an “all clear” or told to evacuate by authorities.
