The National Weather Service warns that hot conditions reaching 95 degrees will be present for the San Diego County Coastal Areas, including Chula Vista, Vista, Encinitas, National City, Oceanside, San Diego, and Carlsbad, beginning at 11:00 a.m. today.

Stay inside or under shaded areas.
Drink lots of water.
