Excessive Heat Warning Issued Today for San Diego County Deserts

The National Weather Service warns that hot conditions reaching 108 to 114 degrees will be present for the San Diego County Deserts, beginning at 10:00 a. m. today.



  • Stay inside or under shaded areas.

  • Drink lots of water.

  • If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.

  • Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
