The National Weather Service issued a Heat Advisory for temperatures over 90 degrees for the San Diego County Valleys and Mountains beginning at 10:00 a.m. today and will be in effect until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday this week.
• Stay inside or under shaded areas.
• Drink lots of water.
• If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
• Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
