The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for temperatures 90 to 100 degrees in the San Diego County Mountains and Valleys beginning at 10:00 a. m. today.
•Stay inside or under shaded areas.
•Drink lots of water.
•If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
•Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
