Extreme Heat Warning Issued Today for San Diego County Deserts


The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for temperatures over 110 degrees in the San Diego County Valleys and Deserts, beginning at 10:00 a.m. today.

• Stay inside or under shaded areas.

• Drink lots of water.

• If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.

• Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
