The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for temperatures over 90 degrees in the San Diego County Mountains beginning at 10:00 a. m. today.

• Stay inside or under shaded areas.

• Drink lots of water.

• If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.

• Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
