Extreme Heat Warning Issued Today for San Diego County Deserts

The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning with temperatures 104 to 112 degrees expected in the San Diego County Deserts, beginning at 10:00 a.m. today. High temperatures up to 114 degrees are possible on Thursday and Friday.

Stay inside or under shaded areas.
Drink lots of water.
If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
