The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory and Extreme Heat Warnings beginning at 10:00 a.m. today. Expect high temperatures across San Diego County, with temperatures up to 120 degrees in the Deserts, up to 105 degrees in the Valleys and Mountains, and between 80 to 90 degrees in the Coastal Areas.
Stay inside or under shaded areas.
Drink lots of water.

Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
