The National Weather Service has issued an Extreme Heat Warning for temperatures over 100 degrees in the San Diego County Valleys and Mountains, and a Heat Advisory is issued for the San Diego County Coasts for temperatures in the 90s beginning at 10:00 a.m. today.

Stay inside or under shaded areas.
Drink lots of water.
If you feel sick from the heat, call 9-1-1.
Never leave young children or pets alone in vehicles.
